The goal of the Early Childhood Education Initiative is to increase the availability and affordability of high-quality early care and education in the Upper Valley through a collective impact model

Responsible for oversight of 360 staff members, an annual budget of $45 million, implementation of the  Lebanon School Board vision and three-year strategic plan, management of $16 million+ renovation projects, regular communication with community members and other stakeholders, developing partnerships with local agencies and businesses, and the day-to-day management of educational programs, budget, and facilities.
